It took ten days from the time of order to receive the items, and a ridiculous shipping fee was charged, despite our location in the same state and city limits. The flavor and texture are not as they once were, and additionally, the incorrect item was sent. I reviewed the return policy and sent an email, but have not yet received a response. This reflects very poor customer service and support.
Placed an order a few weeks back and my first purchase coupon was never applied. My order was almost $200:
